A.B.C.D. of CRM
Hello Guys,
Many of our blog readers have requested us that they are new to CRM and they also want to learn this technology but they are not able to start with this. Some of them are freshers who are just going to be the part of IT industry and they also willing to learn CRM.
So I have thought to write blog on CRM too. So in this blog we will learn A.B.C.D of the CRM which means we will understand basics of CRM.
Basically CRM stands for customer or client relationship management which is a software solution that brings a host of capabilities together. You can store all your Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Sales Opportunities in one central location ideally in the cloud so that the information is accessible by many in real time.
With CRM you can make a call, send emails, create reports, schedule appointments, add notes, manage your pipeline, send quotation, generate invoices and places orders and many more.
How does a CRM work?
Any business starts out with a foundation of great customer relationships. You the seller connect with people who need your products. Yet, as your company grows, these business connections grow more sophisticated. Its not just a transaction between the buyer and seller.
You start to manage a myriad of connections across time, within each company you do business with. You need to share information across various teams within your organization who are making contact with the same customers.
A CRM gives everyone across the business, including sales, customer service, marketing and business development, a better way to manage the customer relationships and interactions that drive success.
With visibility and easy access to customer data such as contact information, sales opportunities, service issues and marketing campaigns, a CRM system can give you a clear overview of your customers.
With an easy to use, customizable dashboard, you can see a 360 degree view of the customer, all in one place.
Who uses a CRM system?
CRM system can be easily customized to meet the specific needs of any business type and size. Start-ups, large enterprises and verticals like real-estate, healthcare, insurance, legal, media, restaurants, travel, banking, tax, freelancers, and non-profits all use a CRM software for increasing their sales, marketing and customer support efforts.
Hope it helps...
Good one
