Introduction to Microsoft Copilot: Copilot Studio Environment

To start using Microsoft Copilot Studio, open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Copilot Studio Portal. This will open the Copilot Studio home page, similar to the screen shown below.



The Copilot Studio home page provides access to all the tools and resources required to build, manage, and deploy AI agents. On the left-hand side, you will find the navigation pane. At the bottom of this pane, you can view the details of the currently signed-in user. Above the user information, the selected environment is displayed. The environment determines where your agents, workflows, and related resources are created and stored.

Creating and Managing Agents

Since Copilot Studio is primarily used to create and manage AI-powered agents, select Agents from the left navigation pane.



The Agents page displays a list of agents available in the selected environment. To create a new agent, click the New Agent button. Below this button, you can view existing agents that have been created either by users or automatically by the system.

Working with Agent flows

In the left navigation pane, below Agents, you will find the Flows option. Select flows to open the flows page.



Flows are automated processes that execute a sequence of actions when a specific event or trigger occurs. They act as the automation engine behind your agents and business processes, enabling tasks to be performed automatically without manual intervention.

For example, a flow can:

Create a record in a business application.

Send notifications through Microsoft Teams or email.

Update data in external systems.

Execute a series of predefined business actions.

To create a new flow, click the New flow button. You can then define the trigger, configure the required actions, and automate your business process from end to end.

In summary, Agents provide intelligent, conversational capabilities, while Workflows handle structured automation and process execution. Together, they help organizations build powerful AI-driven solutions with minimal effort.

Using Concurrency Control & Degree of Parallelism in Power Automate Flow.

  Hello Guys, In our previous  blog   we have seen how easily we can store these 5000 records in Array. Today we are going to learn one of the important feature of Power Automate Flow which is Concurrency Control. Do follow us to know more about Dynamics and Power Platform.
